It takes more than spiritual breakthroughs, leadership seminars and success in ministry to assure a healthy home life, it also takes skill in interpersonal relationships, friendship, honesty, love and Godly living. In other words, marriages and families in ministry need a personal touch as well as professional development. Side by Side is designed to help the hurting and the whole, the overwhelmed and the healthy, whether the challenge is marriage, children, ministerial, financial or personal, Dan and Nori are available to help.

Side by Side is a ministry born out of 25 years of ministering to leaders. Having spoken in over a thousand churches, ministered at leaderships conferences, and pastored three churches themselves, Dan and Nori know the pressures and challenges ministers face as individuals , in their marriages and family life. This is why they take a more personal approach using, retreats, counseling, prayer, personal ministry, friendship and conferences they are working towards establishing wholesome relationships in the midst of ministerial pressures.
